This agreement is subject to Belgian law. All disputes will be settled before the courts and Tribunals of Ghent (Belgium).

Metra respects the visitors of her websit’s Privacy.
The gathering of ‘privat data’ through its website and the use of it by Metra, is in strict correspondence of the regulations of the Belgian Law of 1992, Dec 8th (law to protect the private life in relation to the processing of personal data) and the law of 1998, Dec 11th to convert the EU directive 95/46/EG from 1995, Oct 24th (concerning the protection of natural persons in connection to the processing of personal data and the free traffic of this data).

Metra collects and processes personal data of the visitors of its website for marketing purposes, customer management and also for internal purposes:

Metra collects personal data at the registration of the user at the website, at the purchase through the website or at the participation of commercial actions. Personal data given by the user of the website can be used by Metra or organisations associated to Metra, for marketing purposes, for customer management and to be able to offer certain services. Metra also collect personal information for internal purposes, such as profiling of the users of its website and analysing the traffic on its website. And to improve the services offered to the users.

Any person proving his identity, has the right to request and get permission to his personal data, collected by Metra. This request is to accompanied by the ID proof and is to be directed by post to Metra at its address which you find on the website. One can also resist the use of personal data for marketing purposes by e-mail adressed at info@metra.be

Metra reserves the right to modify this privacy regulation at any time. Any modification shall be notified trough the website.
